Dr. Warner has served as Head of Pharmaceutical Sciences for Osteal Therapeutics since 2015.  He is the co-developer of VT-X7 intra-articular antibiotic irrigation therapy with primary responsibility for dosing, administration and monitoring. 

 

Dr. Warner has over 10 years of experience in clinical and infusion pharmacy with a special focus on in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and antimicrobial stewardship.  In addition to his responsibilities at Osteal Therapeutics, Dr. Warner is clinical staff pharmacist at Covenant Healthcare, a 650-bed teaching hospital in Saginaw, MI, and home infusion pharmacist at Covenant HealthCare VNA Home Infusion and MidMichigan Health (University of Michigan Health System)

 

Dr. Warner received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University.
